Clothing

During your session, you may disrobe to your comfort level.  We are highly trained professionals and will appropriately cover and drape you to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Pregnancy

It is contraindicated to receive heat treatments or deep pressure.  We have specialized pregnancy pillows to accommodate mom's baby belly to safely and comfortably lay face down. Our professionals that are trained in this modality will treat you. Professionals that are not trained will not be able to provide treatment. Our reservation software filters this and will place you with a knowledgeable professional. 

Medical Conditions

You will fill out an intake form on your first scheduled session.  Please inform us of any changes or concerns with each future sessions, your professional will update your profile. Your information is private and only accessed by the professional. You are liable for personal disclosure to your professional. 

Client Rights Policy

We treat everyone equally regardless of gender, religion and race. You have the right to refuse, cancel or stop a service at any time. We collect relevant information directly from you at your first visit. We use your data for the purpose it has been taken for and for lawful purpose. We store your data securely and will disclose your information with business/treatment purpose and/or your permission. We do not offer insurance claim services. We do produce a receipt after your treatment that you may independently submit to your insurance for possible coverage. ​

Cancellations

Your scheduled appointment is especially for you.  Please try and cancel with advanced notice. Please Confirm you are Healthy, if are ill, please reschedule your apt. We provide reservation reminders via email and or text. Please contact us respectfully if you need to cancel and or reschedule. *We do not have a cancellation charge.

*Cancellation notice protocol // Repeat occurrence of no show *2x without prior notice, you will be notified* your 3rd reservation will require a cc on file.  This "3rd chance" reservation requires notice of cancelation 8 hours prior, if noncompliant  you will be billed 50% of the no showed service reserved.

We are Licensed and Insured. All professionals is a qualified licensed professional. We have a high level of enforced work and health safety policies. We provide professional services and obtain good standing with the state and professional licensing boards.

Advertising

We advertise ethically. We do not claim to cure, diagnose or treat.

Payment

We accept payment of credit cards, debit cards, cash, tap, apple, android/google pay and checks.  All services prices listed on website do not include tax or gratuity. In person and online transactions are available options. Prices are subject to change. 

Policies/Terms and Conditions

SALES

All sales are final. No returns. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are accepted same as cash equal to their value for any service/product within the business/spa. Gift Certificates are redeemable for one year after purchase. Gift Certificate is a piece of paper that is worth a certain amount of money and is given to someone to be used like money to pay for products or services in our business. Terms and Conditions: If business goes out of business the gift certificate may  be redeemable within a specified time window. Gift Certificates are expected to be used within one year after purchase date.*The value of the gift certificate you buy or receive today *one year after purchase date* will enquire an Inactivity fee, which in this business equals the value/balance of the card after one year of purchase date. 

 

The terms and conditions listed below will govern your Rewards Loyalty Program offered by Serenity Massage Spa LLC 

1. Rewards               

1.1 Clients will receive 1 point for every $1 spend at Serenity Massage Spa LLC centre. You can redeem the points once they have a minimum balance of 100 points.                

1.2 Reward points can only be used for services and products which are not a part of any other promotional packages. Reward points are not transferable and convertible to cash. Redeemed points are not refundable. Reward points are valid for 12 months starting the date of issuing and are guest/client can’t redeem the same.        1.3 Guest/Client may redeem points at checkout by claiming reward points to be applied to services rendered.

 

2.Updating Guest/Client Information               

2.1 Guest Client can update the personal details from our website or mobile app. Or the member can reach out to our associate during a visit and on successfully verifying the identity, requested changes will be executed by the associate   

2.2 On identifying Violation of terms and conditions of loyalty program we may terminate or suspend points. On such occasion we reserve the right to void any rewards not already issued. Loyalty rewards can not be shared or gifted to another client/guest/family member.               

2.3 The company reserves the right to modify/limit and/or terminate the program or any parts of the program without prior notice. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Please Confirm you are healthy. If ill, please reschedule you're apt. You understand the symptoms of if positive with Covid and that people may be asymptomatic. Neither you or your professional will be held legally liable for any virus transmission. We have high standards in cleaning protocols and hygiene for your safety.

In this clinic every therapist/esthetician is a qualified licensed professional. We have high level of enforced work health and safety policies. We provide professional services and obtain good standing with the state and professional licensing requirements.

We collect relevant information directly from the you, the client first visit you will fill out a confidential intake form(s). Every visit after will be updated digitally under your protected profile. Note** if you have not visited within a year time we will require you to fill out a new intake form. We use your data only for the purpose it has been taken and for lawful purpose. We store your data securely. You are always allowed to access and update your data. We disclose your information with your permission and only for our business/treatment purpose.

INSURANCE

We do not offer insurance claim services. We do produce a receipt after every treatment that you may independently submit to your insurance for possible coverage. We are able to send a itemized dated treatment and payment form at any time you request.

We advertise ethically. We do not claim to do things out of our scope of practice. We do not claim to cure, diagnose, or treat.

BUSINESS TRANSPARENCY

We are Licensed & Insured. All forms, licenses, certificates are displayed at the front reception area. All Professional's licenses are displayed. Serenity Massage Spa is a Limited Liability Company. Serenity Massage Spa LLC is in good standing with Secretary of State Annual Report Acknowledgement. We adhere to South Dakota Health Department regulations and pass yearly inspections.
