Cancellations

Your scheduled appointment is especially for you. Please try and cancel 24 Hours in advance notice, if you do not early cancel, late cancellation is a window of 12 hours, your session is subject to be charged 50% of the appointment balance. You are required to text or call our wellness facility within this 12 hour cancellation time period to speak directly to us, online cancellations are not available within this 12 hour time frame.

Cell Phones

To maintain relaxation please turn it off during sessions. Thank you.

Clothing

During your session, you may dis-robe to your comfort level. We are highly trained professionals and will appropriately cover and drape you to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Pregnancy

It is contraindicated to receive heated treatments or deep pressure. We have specialized pregnancy pillows to accommodate mom's baby belly to safely and comfortably lay face down. Our professionals that are trained in this modality will treat you. Professionals that are not trained will not be able to provide treatment. Our reservation software filters this and will place you with a knowledgeable professional.

Medical Conditions

You will fill out an intake form on your first scheduled session. Please inform us of any changes or concerns with each future sessions, your professional will update your profile. Your information is private and only accessed by the professional. You are liable for personal disclosure to your professional.

Client Rights Policy

We treat everyone equally regardless of gender, religion and race. You have the right to refuse, cancel or stop service at any time. We collect relevant information directly from you on your first visit. We use your data for the purpose it has been taken for and for lawful purpose. We store your data securely and will disclose your information with business/treatment purpose and/or your permission. We do not offer insurance claim services. We do produce a receipt after your treatment that you may independently submit to your insurance for possible coverage, including reimbursement(s) regarding HSA or FSA accounts. We are by appointment only and do not have a walk in options for services.

Professional Licensed and Insured

We are Licensed and Insured. All professionals are qualified licensed professionals. We have a high level of enforced work and health safety policies. We provide professional services and obtain good standing with the state and professional licensing boards.

Advertising

We advertise ethically. We do not claim to cure, diagnose or treat.

Payment

We accept payment of credit cards, debit cards, cash, tap, apple, android/google pay and checks. *a returned check= no future check will be accepted as payment and all future appointments will be paid in full prior to your service start with a valid payment method. All service pricing listed on website does not include tax or gratuity. In person and online transactions are available options. Prices are subject to change.

Policies/Terms and Conditions

SALES

All sales are final. No returns. Products and Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are accepted same as cash equal to their value for any service/product within the business/spa. Gift Certificates beginning on 8.1.2024 are purchasable at a dollar value only, no services are sold as gift certificates/vouchers from this date forward. Gift Certificates/Gift Card/Vouchers beginning 12.1.2025 are suggested to be redeemed within one year after purchase.

Gift Certificate is a piece of paper that is worth a certain amount of money and is given to someone to be used like money to pay for products or services in our business.

Terms and Conditions: If business goes out of business the gift certificate may be redeemable within a specified time window, no less or no more. 12.1.2015: Gift Certificates are expected to be used within one year after purchase date, gift certificates starting 12.1.2025 do not expire. Prior to December, the 12th month of 2025 valid policy that the purchase date in place applies to the certificate: all gift certificates prior to December 1 of 2025 expire/expired 365 days after purchase date same as 1 year after purchase date acquiring a/an inactivity and or dormancy fee equal to the amount of the purchase applied specifically after 1 year of inactivity. This means the value of the gift certificate you buy or received prior to 12.1.2025 expires one year after purchase date in which acquires an inactivity and or dormancy fee, which in this business equals the amount of the purchase and effects the gift certificate after one year of purchase date making the gift certificate invalid usable payment method.

*MINORS (under the age of 18) We require all contact information to be parent/guardians and the signature of the parent/guardians giving consent of treatment and responsibility for payment for services within our facility.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Please Confirm you are healthy. If ill, please reschedule you're apt. People may be asymptomatic with a virus. Neither you nor your professional will be held legally liable for any virus transmission. We have high standards in cleaning protocols and hygiene for your safety.

In this clinic every therapist/esthetician is a qualified licensed professional. We have high level of enforced work health and safety policies. We provide professional services and obtain good standing with the state and professional licensing requirements.

Note** if you have not visited within a year time we will require you to fill out a new intake form. We use your data only for the purpose it has been taken and for lawful purposes. We store your data securely. You are always allowed to access and update your data. We disclose your information with your permission and only for our business/treatment purpose.

INSURANCE

We are Licensed & Insured. All forms, licenses, certificates are displayed at the front reception area. All Professional's licenses are displayed. Serenity Massage Spa is a Limited Liability Company. Serenity Massage Spa LLC is in good standing with Secretary of State Annual Report Acknowledgement, BBB and Licensing Boards. We adhere to South Dakota Health Department regulations and pass yearly inspections.
